Policies & Conditions 2021

Rates:
Rates are in American Dollars. We reserve the right to modify Rates based on Exchange value related to our local currency.
Booking Confirmation:
- Bookings will be confirmed, when requested payment is made through our website.
- After you made your booking you will receive an e-mail with your booking confirmation
- Then we will send you and e-mail sending you information and documents you will have to fill: Affavit (for Covid), our Bio-Safety Protocols and Policies & Conditions for guests showing COVID-19 symptoms.
- When you answer this e-mail please also let us know: What kind of Bed you need ; If you need transfer Service ; And any other special request you need.
No Shows, Cancelations or Rescheduling Bookings:
- Cancelations and Rescheduling Bookings must be informed at least 48 hours before agreed arrival date.
- Cancelations and Rescheduling Bookings must be informed via e-mail to reservas@chicamasurf.com
- If Cancelation or Rescheduled Booking is informed 48 hours before agreed arrival date, then we will proceed with Down-payment devolution, we will charge a penalty for devolutions. (Please check Devolution Penalties).
- Cancelations and Bookings Rescheduling requested within 48 hours before agreed arrival will be penalized with No Down Payment Devolution.
- No Shows will be penalized with No Down-payment Devolution.
No Shows, cancelations or Rescheduling Bookings from Groups of 10 Guests or more:
- Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancelations and Rescheduling Bookings must be informed at least 15 days before agreed arrival date.
- Cancelations and Rescheduling Bookings must be informed via e-mail to: reservas@chicamasurf.com
- If Cancelation or Rescheduled Booking is informed 15 days before agreed arrival date, then we will proceed with Down-payment devolution, we will charge a penalty for devolutions. (Please check Devolution Penalties).
- Cancelations and Bookings Rescheduling requested within 15 days before agreed arrival will be penalized with No Down Payment Devolution.
- No Shows will be penalized with No Down-payment Devolution.
- For Travel Agencies, as these make a Down-payment for the value of the whole stay, Penalty for Now Shows, Cancelation and Rescheduling Bookings will be for the first Night Accommodation + Transfer In + Devolution Penalty.
Transfer Penalty:
- Cancelations or Modifications must be done at least 48 hours before agreed pickup time.
- In case Cancelations or Modifications are made within 48 hours of agreed pick up time, penalty will be for 100% of the Transfer price.
Devolutions Penalty:
- Every Down-payment devolution requested for Cancellations or Rescheduling Bookings will have a Penalty for “Administrative Expenses” of US$ 40 for Foreign Devolutions and US$ 25 for Devolutions in Peru. Chicama Boutique Hotel will not assume any transaction expenses.
Policies for Under Aged Guests:
- All under age guests (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by a Parent or Tutor.
- If an underage guest is accompanied by a Tutor, must present an authorization by their parents at the Check In.
- All underage guests must present their identity document (Passport) at the Check In.
- Kids under 8 years of age (Minor) will not be charged for accommodations and can be offered an extra bed free of charge under request.
- We only give free accommodations to one minor per room, all extra minors will have to pay adult rate.
- Every under age guest over 8 years of age will have to pay as an adult.
- Transfers in & Out from and to Trujillo´s Airport or Bus Station or Tourist Attractions will be free of Charge for under Aged Guests of under 8 years of Age. We will consider this offer just for 01 under 8 years of age guest per vehicle.
Tow-Back Service (Zodiac) & Surf Lessons:
- Every Guest that requests the Towback Service with our Zodiacs or Surfing Lessons must sign a Release of Liability document. For minors document should be signed by Parents or Tutors.
Pet Policy:
- The Chicama Boutique Hotel is a Pet Friendly Hotel. We charge US$ 20 per pet per night. Please request Policies & Conditions in case you want to stay with us and bring your pet.
